A Premier Championship Event

The Women in Golf Foundation’s National Women’s Collegiate Golf Championship is a space where players are exposed to experiences, mentors and career opportunities that will expand their horizons.

This premier 54-hole stroke play event, hosted at elite Arcis Golf facilities, brings together top Division I and II collegiate programs for a multi-day competition celebrating excellence, legacy, and opportunity in women’s golf.

Division I champions are awarded the Renee Powell Cup, honoring the trailblazing LPGA professional, while Division II champions receive the LaJean Gould Cup, named for the visionary founder of the Women in Golf Foundation.

Certified rules officials from the LPGA, PGA, and state golf associations oversee the championship to ensure the highest standards of competitive play.

The Division I medalist receives an exemption to compete on the Epson Tour. The Division II medalist earns a spot in The Chevron Championship Pro-Am. All qualifying scores from the championship count toward the Playing Ability Test (PAT) requirements for PGA and LPGA membership.
