Houston Girls Cup
Hosted in partnership with Journey through 18
The Women in Golf Foundation is expanding its commitment to junior girls’ golf with the launch of the Houston Girls Cup, a two-day junior golf tournament designed to create greater access to competition, skill development, and community through the game.
Scheduled for November 21–22, 2026, at Hermann Park Golf Course in Houston, Texas, the inaugural Houston Girls Cup will welcome junior golfers across 6-hole, 9-hole, and 18-hole divisions, creating an inclusive competitive environment for players at different stages of their golf journey. Players in the 18-hole division will compete on both days of the tournament.
The Houston Girls Cup will be hosted in partnership with Journey Through 18, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing girls in the Houston community with access to golf. Together, Women in Golf Foundation and Journey Through 18 will create an opportunity for young golfers to compete, build confidence, strengthen their skills, and develop connections within the game.
Building on WIGF’s 30-year legacy of creating pathways for women and girls through golf, the Houston Girls Cup represents an important step in expanding the Foundation’s junior golf programming into new communities. As the event grows, WIGF looks forward to establishing the Houston Girls Cup as an annual platform for competition, development, and opportunity for girls throughout Houston and the surrounding region.
