The Atlanta Girls Cup is a premier individual stroke play tournament that celebrates the strength, skill, and spirit of junior girls in golf. Hosted by the Women in Golf Foundation in partnership with the Peggy Kirk Bell Junior Girls Golf Tour, this annual event brings together participants from LPGA*USGA Girls Golf programs across Georgia to compete in a dynamic, supportive environment that champions both personal growth and competitive excellence.
With 6-hole, 9-hole, and 18-hole divisions, the Cup welcomes a wide range of abilities—from beginners stepping into their first tournament to experienced players aiming to sharpen their edge.
The winner of the 18-hole division earns a spot in the LPGA*USGA Girls Golf National Championship.

Player Welcome & Tournament Prep
Morning
Participants check in and warm up at the practice area. A brief orientation introduces players to the course layout, rules of play, and expectations for the weekend. Coaches and volunteers are available to answer questions and help players feel confident and ready.Afternoon
Optional practice rounds begin by flight (6-hole, 9-hole, 18-hole), allowing players to familiarize themselves with the course and strategize for tournament play. Light refreshments and hydration stations are provided throughout the day. -
Tournament Day
Morning
Official stroke play competition begins with tee times assigned by division. Players will compete individually in their designated flight, applying course knowledge and skills in a supportive, tournament-style environment.Afternoon
Rounds conclude by early afternoon. Players are guided through score verification and encouraged to relax, rehydrate, and connect with each other and mentors while final scores are tabulated. -
Immediately Following Play
A celebratory lunch and awards ceremony brings players, families, and supporters together to honor each division’s top performers and recognize the growth and sportsmanship of every participant.Medals, trophies, and commemorative gifts are presented in a joyful, encouraging atmosphere.
